Amberheart Pomeranians is a small, home-based Pomeranian breeder in Surrey. This notice explains, in plain English, how we handle the information you give us when you register your interest in a future litter through our website.
What information we collect
When you complete the registration of interest form, we collect the details you choose to share with us. This usually includes your name, email address, telephone number, general location, and the information you give about your household, your experience with dogs and what you are looking for in a puppy.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, financial information, identification documents, a full postal address or a precise date of birth at this stage.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to understand a little about you and your home so that we can respond to your enquiry and, when a litter is planned, talk to you about whether one of our puppies might be a good match. Registering your interest does not create a waiting list position, a reservation or any obligation on either side.
How your enquiry reaches us
Our form is provided by Formspree, a form-handling service. When you press “Register my interest”, your answers are sent securely to Formspree, which delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree processes this information on our behalf. You can read their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is useful for responding to you about current and future litters, and we delete details that are no longer needed.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. The only third parties involved are Formspree, which transmits your enquiry to us, and our email provider, which stores it in our inbox.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not run analytics trackers. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies needed for the website to function securely.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email us and we will do so promptly. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
